Dave Armstrong

Dave graduated in Estate Surveying before joining the family manufacturing business. He developed an interest in keeping costs down, which led to healthy profits. He sold the business in 2004, and continued investing in commercial property. Since 2008, Dave has been championing energy usage reduction, renewables, and helping companies navigate environmental legislation.
Dave is a trustee of Friends of Mulanje Orphans, caring for 4,500 children in Malawi, a country he has visited and raised funds for. In 2010, he built the UK’s first zero energy cost business park, which achieved multiple awards and ministerial support.

Con has worked in the energy industry for over 13 years, beginning as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA). He qualified as an ESOS Lead Assessor with STROMA in 2014. He now works closely with clients to ensure they are ESOS compliant.
Con is one of the original CCC Energy team and was appointed as a Director & Shareholder in March 2016.
